Safety first: Each client must retain independent access to an emergency release method. Keyholding is voluntary and can be ended without punishment or additional termination charges. A key sent by post must be accompanied by the agreed reference details, never sensitive identity documents in the parcel.

Arrangements, availability, fees and contact frequency are agreed directly with Ms Kitty. No account, automated subscription or device control is provided by this website.

Venue hire, accommodation, travel, parking, purchases and other agreed expenses are separate unless expressly included in your written quotation. Any advance arrangements and their costs must be agreed before commitments are made.
